MWEB REFUSING TO LET GO OF MY DOMAINS

The problem started when I could not reset my passwords on the C-panel and this went on for almost 3 months, which meant for 3 months I could not access my email and neither could I email my clients. I then roped in my developer who also failed to reset passwords. I then requested a move of my domains from Mweb to Afrihost on the 03 August 2019. This is was the beginning of bigger problems because the attempt had previously been made by me and Afrihost to transfer one of the domains, but when Afrihost sends requests, they fail. They sent me an email showing me that MWEB had rejected a request by Afrihost to transfer the domain. I often have to email *** to get them to release the domains because at some point I ended paying both Mweb and Afrihost for the same domain. Needless to say that I am no longer with Mweb yet my name servers still point to Mweb long after domains have been transferred. This makes me unable to use my emails. I even tried to contact Mweb on Twitter to no avail.

I feel like I am being victimised for transferring my domains to another service provider yet the domains were not working while with Mweb and their service is also shoddy, unlike Afrihost, who have been very helpful in this situation.
