MWEB refusing to cancel - Account ***

I am Patrick Mooi, Account ***, Phone ***. I sent cancellation email with 30 days notice. MWEB ignores all emails and chats about cancellation, but replies immediately for other queries. I request immediate cancellation and written confirmation with reference number. If not resolved I will go to ICASA.
