MWEB refusal to cancel contract after all payments are made! They are deducting funds for a service that is no longer in use!!

MWEB has not cancelled my contract despite me writing to them and even calling in! I owe them nothing and have asked to have their services cancelled since January but this greedy company wants to take my money! They don’t even bother to reply to any of the complaints I have made! I refuse for them to demand my money again when I haven’t used Mweb at all! I have paid all that I owe and have never used their service since the beginning of this year! Why are they in my account???? I’m incurring fees because of them! This is theft and they are ****ming us
