Mweb REFUND!!!

I thought switching from vuma to mweb was going to be better but instead still just same old trouble maybe even worse internet always buffing but the worse has to be the fact that I am still waiting for my refund almost 3months later. Every time they are contacted regarding this issue I am asked to email proof of account I've emailed it so much I'm tired month end though they are on time in cutting the internet if no payment was made. Customer service at MWEB is practically non existent R521 is a lot of money, they are not even offering to credit it to the next bill. I want my money!
