Mweb refund

Mweb turned my wifi off a few days before the agreed debit date and suspended the service not allowing me to pay so I tried purchasing a new package with them which I got charged for then before it got activated the debit went off and I was double charged and have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund. The refund has been "escalated" since the 2 June 2025 and still have not received any communication regarding it even though I follow up everyday with them
