Mweb really sucks

Pitty the ratings starts at 1 star, I would like to give these idiots - 26 stars. First I logg a call with and Adsl problem, a month later I find out that Telkom will not replace the lines in my area but there is fibre yeahhh. So I sign up for fibre so SADV response with the installation and all I am waiting for is my router from Mweb lol little did I know almost 2 months later I am still waiting. So I phoned and these clown first tell me the driver was in an accident. Then I get a call from some courier company asking me where is the driver... Lol they ask me where is their driver wow..... So the saga continues, I phoned 2 weeks later and now the story is the router was delivered and a zama signed for it. Problem is that there is no Zama living with me lol, when I ask where was the router delivered to, they cannot tell. So here I am waiting for my router. Mweb I should have canceled your service now I am locked into 2 years with this *** service.... Where is my f...... Router guys please can I just have my router. I paid a months subscription already but don't have a router. Please get your act together and may I please have my router.
