MWEB - R399 Fiber Deal FAIL

I signed up via the online application - the area I live in is not available in the drop down and so the default location was used(East London), I then amended to Johannesburg in my customer profile section. I called MWEB to confirm and UNATHI confirmed the matter was resolved. A week later, FARNAAZ the sales manager in MWEB advised me that she went the extra mile (for something that was confirmed as resolved). I have been billed for a router I do not have in my possession and the delivery is now delayed by a week due to *********** staff.
