Mweb: Quick to charge, slow to provide

I have signed up for a fibre line with Mweb. I signed up in APRIL!! I received an SMS on Saturday 19 June that the line was activated - but I can't connect to it. I have logged three calls for the technical team to assist in setting up the router, and still no word from them. What they have been quick to do, though, is take my money. So now I have already paid for something I am not getting, and also getting ZERO SERVICE. Great start, Mweb.
