Mweb Query frustrations

Placed an online query on their website which they encourage you to do, only to never hear from them. Query was place on Tuesday and haven't heard a thing since. Alternative is to call and then patiently hold on for ever till someone assists you, all the while they brag about logging a query online, which doesn't work.
