I am absolutely furious this site keeps on doing a debit order which fails afterwards I try to contact them telling them that my debit order failed but they keep on telling me that I'm not in the rares and then after a two or three days the most awake they cut off my service and it's not been the first time that my my debit order files which are paid every time after it fails manually and this time I told the guy called Neil at the sales department please check for me this thing keeps on failing I've transferred my to another bank account so it you guys can do it debit order immediately so that I don't get cut off he reassured me that I have paid Iand he send me proof and I told him please this must be right I it's doesn't show that you guys took the money he reassured me that it is paid and I'm nothing to worry now on the day that was on the 3rd of February now today on the 10th of February I've received the message saying I was that I must pay R2019.00something for reconnection or early contracted termination I'm still waiting on online for about three hours um to chat on online with them because when I try to phone them it's difficult to get old of them and uh the WhatsApp that they had it's just gone it can tell me that I mean can't help me to get service from name so it's amazing experience after being with them now from almost the few months now and it's terrible yeah when it's connected the the internet is great but the service is useless they gone out of you and the automatic things it doesn't work because it keeps on the clienting on my bank and then my bank takes another 100 pieces every time they try to do the money and it keeps on coming back and I've reassured with my bank that it's nothing by days like it's something by The the website because of what I did deductions that goes up fine but with them it's seems to be difficult to take money and then when they want money even ask them please allow me to pay manually each month they didn't even want to allow me that so I'm furious I'm thinking about cancering with them as soon as possible
