Mweb - ****py Service

Hi

i have never in my life been served with such a low standard, **** service ever.

i app**** with MWEB Fiber for installation everything went well i guess with application. i was told vuma will contact me shortly for an appointment to this day (its been 6 weeks now). Vuma has told me that mweb has not accepeted the IP, I then took matters into my own hands and followed up but nothing. Mweb say they have accepted i then call vuma and they say IP still not accepted. i've been play this game for 5 weeks now and im sick and tired of not being assisted. Vuma and Mweb are horrible
