Mweb pull your socks up!!!!!

We have been trying to get hold of the Mweb office since last week Thursday trying to move our wifi and we have had no luck , We have tried 3 times and we have to wait for agent to answer our calls but they never do . They don't care about the money we spend for airtime , as I am typing this message I'm waiting on a call for 22 Mins and I have not spoken to anyone. When we requested a sales call they could call within the minute we have been on hold for a total of 50 Mins between the 3 times we have tried calling them. Its a joke honestly . where are the managers or performance review but for a call to go unanswered for more than 20 min is useless!!!!!
