Mweb provides terrible service - regret signing up

For months I am experiencing issues with my mweb service. I have contacted mweb on numerous occasions and today I was told again that my query is pending. ticket opened 5 Sept today 7 Oct, still in pending status. I have not be contacted for over a month. I called Mweb again today and was told other then escalating nothing further can be done
