MWEB provide worst service ever ... in fact NO SERVICE

I have moved from Boksburg to Benoni and asked to transfer my MWEB line... MWEB confirmed they do not have coverage in the area hence they could not provide me with a service anymore. my options was to cancel and pay a cancelation fee or just continue paying for another 6 months till my contract is up.

This is VERY UNFAIR as I wanted to stay with MWEB but they COULD NOT provide a service!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my MWEB service now for more than 6 months. If you try to phone them you hold on for more than 1 hour and when someone answers the phone they can also not assist you. If you mail them you WILL NOT get any response. They are very quick to mail you your bill or if your account is outstanding!!! They continue to debit my account monthly even with numerous mails to them begging for someone to please contact me. I said to them that I will stop my debit order … and the answer that I got was that I will be handed over...

I am now more than GATVOL for MWEB
