MWEB Product & Billing Issues

'Hello Peter', thank goodness for your site, you have helped me so many times. MWeb, Informed me that @ 1st April I will have to move to 40/40mps @ 659.00 Per month, I queried this & wanted to know why we do not have a choice to downgrade they said I could to 40/20 @ R559.00 an R100 less. Well, I cannot tell you the hassle I have had to try to do this at least 10 calls (as my OTP Isn't coming through to my phone) They are the only ones that I am not receiving an OTP from, finally, I managed to get hold of Brenda In sales and she said that she would downgrade me to 40/20 as from the 1st April. The next thing Is that they downgraded me from my current 25/25 to 25/10, I complained about this & was told that she would phone me back, but this has not happened & not only that they have now charged me R150.00 for the downgrade & I have just received my Statement & they are charging me R688.00 & the R150.00. Personally, I just do not have the patience to try to resolve this after2 weeks of trying, It Is such a hassle to get hold of anyone. Pleeeeease help e :)
