MWEB probably has the worst Support helpline, and I am referring to Technical Support - I have now been holding on for 39 minutes for technical support, moving from no 18 in line to 15 AND WHAT IS WORSE is that their chatbot also just tell you to wait and apologizes and wait AND they have no Complaint email etc, SO they are not interested in Customer problems!! Definitely looking at closing my account
