Mweb prices go up, people leave.... but Mweb making it impossible to cancel.

I’ve been trying to cancel my mweb services for the last few days. The call always stops after 30 mins with “we will call you back” , my phone rings once and the call is hung up and then I get a sms saying “we tried calling” this is very sneaky. I would like to cancel please.
