MWeb price increase rip-off

I have a fiber connection with MWeb as service provider and Vumatel as the line installer. MWeb has just increased my monthly subscription by R50, an increase on almost 9%, way above inflation rate. When querying this MWEb rep**** that they were merely passing on the Vumatel increase. I then asked why they did not fight the increase on behalf of subscribers and all I get is that "it is beyond their control and an apology." Just typical of big business.
