Mweb poorest service and *******

Yoh Guys don’t even consider this fibre it all starts well till I moved house. Was never advised that it’s a new contract just that they will Assist with setting up the new premises. After weeks of no service and a back and forth of calling and countless emails I requested a cancellation. They took 30 days to call back. To date I am still being billed for a service that was never offered. Absolute *******.
