Mweb poor worksmanship

So my wifi has been off since last week sunday and is has not been a concern to mweb to contact me back but i need to pay how does that work. For 4 days ive been using the app calling them and on whatsap trying to get a hold off mweb and no one responds but if i do not py than its a concern to them Very poor service provider
