Mweb Poor to no service

Having overpaid my account by quite a large sum of money in error I have tried in vain to contact anyone at Mweb. Mails sent and trying to phone their billing number is a joke. All you get is unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we cannot take your call. We'll if it was me owing these ******* it would be a very different story. This review wouldn't bother them in the least but I'm sure warning others of this kind of service will warn people out there to steer clear of these poor service providers.
