MWeb Poor Telephone Response Time

I am battling to get hold of someone at MWeb to help me give notice to cancel my account. I made a call to MWeb today and had to hold on for 15 minutes. I ran out of airtime while listening to a recording apologising that I had to be kept on hold for so long. As a pensioner I don’t appreciate this waste of my airtime.
