MWEB poor Technical Support

Forget MWEB if you need a "service" provider. When they work, they are fine, but Lord help you when you have technical issues. "Live Chat" is a joke - wait over 3 hours. Online call tech support - between 1 and 3 hours waiting for a call to be answered then tech support unable to solve the issue; it gets elevated to a senior consultant, and then they don't call back as promised to check if the problem is resolved! So you call Tech support again, wait another 2 hours, and get a new technician who knows nothing about it and you go through the same process again!!! AAAArgggh
