Mweb poor services

Mweb is by farboverrated, beause they are a real waste of time. You wait lobg to get to a customer support opretor and end up spending a fortune on airtime becaue the same voice prompts keep coming up. My internet get debited from my account and just because i had i suffivient funds its is sucha long story to get my wifi on again because the staff is eithe rpoorly trained to handle certain things or just lazy. My call keep on dropping because they dont have any alternate phome numbers. I have apent a few hundred rand on airtime and my problem is still not resolved so MWeb is just out to make money and dont even offer a call back.option.
