Mweb poor service, not to be trusted with your emails

Mweb changed their server setting, Ive lost many emails, trying to phone, impossible to get hold of them. Their call centre is dysfunctional. Tried their App but that ends up on WhatsApp. They do not understand the issues and cannot help. Spent over 100minutes waiting on the line, even when I am caller number 1, nobody answers. Message them on email, whatsapp and the app asking for an assistant It phone me, no success.
