Mweb Poor Service

I have been desparately trying to contact Mweb to change my current internet product. I have tried their telephonic and website with absolutlely no help. When I have tried several times in the last two days. I cannot even log a query via their website. The AI chat bot just hangs. This service is absolultely dispicable.... I wont even be able to cancel their service as no one answers their phone at the call center and then website is not helpful at all.
