MWEB Poor service

MWEB make cancellation of a service impossible, keeping hostage as a reluctant customer. This behaviour amounts to extorsion and should not be allowed. How can I cancel a service if they do not give this option on there web site, or give an email address to use to cancel a service. I am so fed up with their bad sevice and will now seek a leaal opinion on how to deal with these *********.
