MWEB Poor service

Tried to seek technical support from MWEB. Called ***, followed the prompts; and was told that I am number 1 in the queue. Waited on the mobile for 25 minutes. Absolutely no one picked up the call, just music and the same message. Really disappointed, the service is really poor.
