MWEB POOR SERVICE

I am appalled by the customer service of MWEB. I hate the service I am receiving from ALL the agents I have spoken to in the past few days. No empathy, no care, just being transferred from pillar to post.

All the agents protect their managers and do not want clients to speak to managers so queries can be escalated further. I have requested to speak to multiple managers and NOT EVEN ONE has given me a callback. My line was disconnected for NO REASON and no one could explain why. I have explained to ALL the agents that I cannot wait the turn around time because I am not in the wrong.

Everyday I need to beg Mweb consultants to do their job and they still don’t. Mweb has hired consultants and team leaders that do not care about customer service and the needs of their customers. I have never felt so helpless and disregarded for a service I pay for with my hard earned money. I am just glad I experienced this closer to the end of my contract. I want nothing to do with Mweb after the end of July.
