Mweb poor service and *****!!

Hi, my debit order was canceled from mweb without my consent. Now I have been disconnected due to non payment. I have called in and I was told to wait for a payment link, it's has been more than 24 hours and I have not received the link. I have emailed Shasha Lee from mweb whom i spoke to and she has not responded

I have downloaded the app to track my line with no joy. I work from home and have not been able to work!!! I have not been able to make contact with anyone at mweb since yesterday as the lines are always busy !!!! I need my line restored asap!!!!!
