MWEB Poor service again

I have a complaint regarding the service I received from agent. I app**** for a fibre line in December and was told everything will be installed on 17 December and untill now nothing happend. No answer from sales agent no answer from complaint department. I am an customer of mweb and has been for a long time. Because of the service I received from mweb I will never recommend Mweb as service provider. .

Scot the sales agent is not answering my questions and is dodging to connect me to the relevant supervisors
