Mweb poor service

I've been a client of Mweb for many years. I app**** for fiber installation a month ago and they said that all will be up and running in 2 weeks. Its a month later and still no word from Mweb.

I have been calling in daily and you spend about 30 mins to hour going from automated selections to getting cut off 5 to 6 times each time you phone. When you eventually get to speak to an agent they put you back in to the queue just to get cut off again. This is extremely frustrating.

Mweb's service has been nothing but appalling. I'm at a point where I am ready to dump MWeb and move to another provider. Loyalty means nothing. I have reached the end of my tether with Mweb and will not recommend them to anyone.
