MWEB POOR Service

I am now trying for a week to get confirmation of my cancellation with MWEB without success. Three hours on the phone....... and nothing. This is exactly why I am canceling my services with MWEB. It is almost impossible to get any assistance via phone or through the app. Wish their CEO try to call them wonder if he/she will accept such service.
