MWEB - Poor Service.

Shocking!! Phoned service provider at 3pm. Held on for 2hours. When I was first in line, I held on for another 20 minutes, then the call was dropped. I started with 6 in line. Do they only have one consultant to attend to everybody. Assuming they have only 1 consultant, which is highly improbable, they seem to tale 20 minutes to help each customer!! Shocking service. Maybe they only work till 5pm and the one consultant had to leave?
