Mweb poor service

I have had an mweb email for 10 years. Recently the email format was changed and since then my email is rejected by numerous receivers. I have tried calling (4 hours yesterday) and 2 hours today - the call just gets cut. This is impacting on my work and I cannot function like this. Unacceptable They have removed themselves from X - very convenient to have no way of contacting them
