Mweb poor service

I’ve paid for service and still waiting feedback regarding installation, I’ve called in several times and been Put on hold my bill at vodacom for calling Mweb is over R500 waiting to speak to the correct person to help me. I need help getting my installation done or my money back. Who do I email? I am not calling in anymore...
