Mweb poor service

I have neen using mweb fibre for about 2years, but the last few monts the internet service is realy poor, we are more without internet than the few times we are able to ise it. Gave them a call earlier, they said they do a reset on the line, but no improvement, spoke to some neighbours that has other service providers, and no one else have problems, so it can not be vumatel, think it is time to say goodbye to mweb
