Mweb poor service

Worst service experienced ever, i have paid for my month to month voucher to be renewed, however my internet has been down since the 26th of February, the date that i have paid. The call centre and chat functionality is useless and i find that it is so hard to get a refund at this point. Great opportunity for mweb to pocket my funds.
