Mweb poor service

Mweb Worst service ever ,3 weeks since application for fibre to be installed. Poor poor communication .4 calls made from me just to be told the application has been put on hold .This is before even signing up with them .Cancelling my application and going with afrihost .much better service ,they even have a WhatsApp chat to resolve issues.Mweb should advertise how they don't want business instead of there internet speeds
