Mweb poor service

Mweb cancellation policy is nightmare. There is no option to cancel online and I cannot get a hold of them on the phone. Their phones are permanently busy and the option for consultant to call back results in them sending you an sms saying that their lines are too busy and it cannot be done. Absolutely pathetic service.
