MWEB POOR SALES TEAM

Called M web sale team today, been misled by someone called Abu, asked for a suitable package that i could use with a particular router, was informed i could not use MTN on said router however later on a collegue of mine shows me how to insert & connect the very same router with an MTN sim card, called back later to complain & have been put on hold for approximately 10 minutes bedore i hung up. It seems trying to have MWEB as a service provider gets stop ironically by its very own sales team!
