MWEB poor pathetic service, cant get hold of them

I have been waiting since middle December 2025 for my fibre to be relocated to my new premises. Very frustrating to get a hold of anyone at MWEB. Waiting for a long time on chat, whatsapp en telephone. poor pathetic service from MWEB. They definitely do not pride themselves on customer services
