MWEB Poor or rather no service

Poor service. Faulty internet box with Vumatel. Box got water damage on the 8th of July 2024 and we have reported it numerous times and all they say is that it has been escalated. Vumatel is also useless. They just refuse to replace the router even if we pay for the box. Please dont sign up with them
