MWEB poor LTE WiFi

The worst internet WiFi provider in SA. I would like to prevent members of public to sign a contract with MWEB LTE WiFi as they are very very poor in supporting or attending or resolving your queries. I am paying R549 per month for my MWEB LTE WiFi but don’t have any access to the internet. I have logged two calks without any success. They are good in taking your money but very poor in providing WiFi.
