MWeb poor LTE speed

I recently signed up for MWeb's 10mbps LTE wireless. This morning is the first time in 3 days that the speed has been above 1mbps and even before that it was rarely above 4mbps. I thought at first that loadshedding may have affected signal transmission but there has been only minimal loadshedding during the past 3 days. Is it possible to get out of the contract with MWeb without being penalized based on the argument of poor internet speed?
