MWeb poor internet service

ive used this service provider for over a year if not close to 2 years now. Lately my internet speed has been very slow and since Friday it has been extremely slow. I cannot stream live TV now as it keeps buffering every few seconds. I have phoned Mweb tech support and that hasn't resolved anything. My download speed package is supposed to be 50mbps but times when I do random internet speed check its way below 50mbps. Im experiencing extremely difficult period with MWeb and I hope this can be sorted out asap as my tvs cannot stream anything without buffering.
