MWEB poor internet quality & service attitude

Ever since Internet Solutions acquired Mweb, the quality of service provided deterioted the quality, I have to complain on a weekly basis to provide me the basic service levels. My line sync moved from 8mb to 6mb but still paying for 8mb.what a service
