MWEB POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve placed an order with Mweb on the 20/06/2024 for a new fibe connection. Paid the charge fee, till today 20/08./2024 it has not been installed. I call them every week and get excuses every time I call. No one provides me with feedback
