Mweb poor customer service

Since the internet outage I cannot connect to certain websites example netflix etc once I swap to mtn works fine, called mweb and held for 2 hours only to have the call dropped on me twice the customer service line is pathetic if this is not acknowledged or my issue resolved I will cancel my service this week immediately.
