Mweb poor customer service

Really terrible service form Mweb. been a loyal customer for years. app**** for an upgrade which shouls have taken a few days to complete. more than a month and still not upgraded however i am being billed for the higher line speed. u can never get hold of them on the phone takes forever. save yourself the frustration and chose any other service provider.. Mweb customer service is pathetic
